    You don't sign a player like Lomax and expect there to not be any personnel losses. I think it will put the whole squad on notice making this high profile external signing. We have not done this in a long time.

    Had a conversation about this the other day with a mate. You are completely right, who would want to be a teacher? It is criminal how much we undervalue them. Also who would want to be a cop? They are show such little respect.

    It is round 5. Still plenty of footy to be played. Given we have lost our most important player early, we are not going too badly. The luck will swing through out the season, positively and negatively - it is on us to capitalise as best we can. Other clubs will also have significant injuries...
