Awesome. Have you got a good sound system to play those LP's? A warm valve amp and McIntosh MT10 Turntable?
Speakers?

Have a couple of turntables under the bed and a good amp sitting in a storage cupboard but have no speakers. All the vinyl is stored in a box at the moment, i did go through it late last year looking for stuff to take to a vinyl night at a local brewery, had forgotten how many 12 inch singles i still had. The pic i posted of the Maureen McGovern album isn't my copy, i just got that off the net, my copy is in better looking condition than the one posted.

Awesome. My ex ended up with all my stuff, que será, será” as the song goes.
You probably don't like Supertramp but they strike to the core with me and my then sound system made them sound even better.
ATM I've got Bluetooth surround satellite, centre, and sub and it's not to bad, and easy to move if I have to pack up.

I want to eventually set the turntable up in the spare room but at the moment the spare room has so much other crap in it. I still use my CD player at home and it goes through the sound bar which we have for the TV, still gives great sound, i even plug my IPOD into the CD player when i want to play the IPOD at home.

I don't mind Supertramp at all, not my favourite group by any means but i do like them, just have their best of on CD and Its Raining Again on 7 inch vinyl.

Did you know that this was (supposedly) based on a real life experience for him?
Yeh I think you've said before Tm which is real interesting. His voice, like Elvis and many more are very unique. People can sing their songs but lack that genuine original sound.
You could close you eyes and identity many a singer's voice.

Have you watched that "song sung blues" movie yet?
