storm will play Penrith and the game is the Friday Night Football match-up...i know we will get shafted cos the AFL will be back on but given the influence of Waldron what do you think will happen with 9's commitment to the match?

We'll be right after the GAFL game Like last year.

GAFL game televised at 2am???

2004 Storm vs Panthers Friday night match, televised on Nein at about 5:30am. Only good thing about it was that it was in Melbourne so I got to watch the game live at the ground, go to the social club, go home to bed, then get up at 5:30am and watch the game again. :D

what about another solution like ch.9 (or nein as described by others) show the match at 4pm the following afternoon so its at a decent hour - and then people who watch the high rating ch.9 news get to see the end of the storm match??

something must be done though to ensure we get better coverage of league in VIC - maybe these new AFL broadcast rights could be a blessing in disguise!!
