That and losing Mannering and SJ in one season is a blow.....not saying we'd be much better off if they were here but they were both key players for us

Process- does anyone know what the process actually is?We hear about the process but I'm not sure if its been ever revealed. I hope someone can explain it to me because I'm all at sea on this one.
