As much as I hate the game, AwFuL would be a far better investment if it were floated.

Bad idea.

Sending profits to investors rather than reinvesting them back into the game and junior leagues would kill the sport.

You’d be surprised how many highly profitable companies basically never pay dividends (Apple are a prime example). They keep shareholders happy with endless capital gains on the share price.
