You're right. That's why I posted the November 1 list. At least we know who can and can't negotiate.

I don't think anyone of note changes teams. Someone mentioned Dugan the sort of guy I see getting moved on with the 1st year heavily subsided so that off the books for 2021 when the upgrades take affect

If we signed latrell, he'd end up being fatter then George Rose by the end of his contract, Throwing money at papanhauzen to bring him back to Sydney is probably a smarter option.

We may have only signed one new player thus far, but I'm glad at least that we haven't offered crazy amounts to players to get them to sign with us.

SMH reporting that Parramatta are preparing to offer David Fifita a deal worth $4 million over four years. Is any edge forward worth that kind of money, especially a 19 year old one who has played only 35 NRL games?

You would think given whats happened to Ash Taylor at the Titans this season that clubs would be a bit wary of offering crazy amounts to young players and putting them under that sort of pressure - and Taylor at least had a couple of seasons of first grade behind him before signing his multi million dollar deal.

Fifita could potentially play lock, if he can turn into an 80 minute beast maybe he’s worth 800k or so. But that’s a massive if.

Seems like Jack Wighton is now available.

he’d be unlikely but it probably increases the chances the raiders have to release BJ or someone else.

Lesser of a dickhead than others. But for us would only improve centre. IMO he would be apoor fit at 6 for us.

But if he knocked back $750k at Raiders. Probably be looking at $1m a season for him to consider us and he's not worth it. Be a great centre for ~$500k. But even he isn't dumb enough to accept less to leave gor us.

Wow, the optional year at the raiders was 750k?

Can’t imagine he’ll get much more than that.

Titans may throw some heavy dollars in his direction but it really would be horrible to see him leave the Raiders for money reasons, especially considering how much they have done for him.

If the Storm want to sack Nelson Asofa-Solomona because of his Bali brawl, he would be a great pick up for the Panthers.

Although the club owner defending him and releasing video showing that his Storm team mate was attacked unprovoked first, will probably mean he just gets a fine and also stood down for the test matches.

If he's in the wrong the NRL will not let him play. If it was self defence he'll get a few weeks for the bad image and be back for the Storm.
