That facade to the north has been the crux of the reason the refurb has been delayed.
I'm not so sure it will be slow going, the fact they have a project management company overseeing it gives me a little hope.
When I was working there they "project managed" themselves, the main person, whom i won't name, was not good at it and had no idea how construction operates. I was the Site Supervisor and I didn't even meet him until the last week when he'd decided to make changes without telling me.
He wasn't a bad footy player....
