    If Johnson started his career in the same Manly side that DCE did, and had Hasler as his coach, we'd already be talking about him as one of the top couple of halves in the world. It's amazing how much a halfbacks perceived ability and consistency rises as the quality of players around him rise...

    Good to see the selectors finally picking a team based on form and ability, rather than popularity and reputation. Happy with the selections, ecstatic with the exclusions.

    Sao

    He should grow into a solid first grader, not particularly fast or skillful, but has a good work ethic and attitude. Sao is a bit of a junior grade bully, he has the size to play prop at NRL level and a decent skill set, but with him it will be about attitude.

    The TV men are drooling at the prospect of the the Sonny Bill side show hitting our screens next season. There's nothing like a bad guy to rile up the brainless masses.......reality TV has finally made it to the N.R.L. Now to sit back and laugh while the puppeteers pull the strings.

    The problem is, the only experienced Aussie coaches that are available, probably lost their last head coaching job because they had a season just as bad as the one Bluey is having now, or worse, even with their knowledge of the NRL.
