    I'd rate Beale a little higher than that, he has a journeyman approach, not flash just on the money, agree though that he has no real ball skill but knows how to delay a pass and draw a player...flaccid might be a tough call given the Hiku-Kata performances to date, lol

    Its not up to RTS to get the rest of the team to his level, you cant get 16 other team mates to follow your example unless they buy into what your trying to do and get themselves to his level not the other way around, is this team doing that...NOPE Agree that they led, but the team mentality...

    I feel if your going to sit a man on the bench and not start him until the 74th minute or later, then that person should be a player with the mindset and free licence to go out there and try things that the rest of the team have failed to do. eg if the team is down by 20, send the guy out there...
