    You have to do a drop-kick; it's not just a matter of kicking it between the posts. Your game manual clearly explains the controls for this, which vary depending on the platform you use (PC, PS2 or Xbox).

    There is no "out of the box" method to disable any cutscenes, bar the "pressing S" method (which wont work for scrum cutscenes). I can't imagine a modder would have an easy time adding this functionality, but I can't speak for them :)

    It's not an option. You can only select the custom or existing team jumpers - the Kangaroo jersey is not on this list and there is no way to add it to this list; excluding the already mentioned "hack" on PC version only.

    There isn't. The only way to get it is on PC, and even then, only by renaming files. It was not intended to be available so therefore does not have any game-related way to access it.
