Super Thread LXXV: Remembering forgotten memories

I'm one of those weird people who loves this. No need to make up an excuse why I can't go out to dinner with some people we hardly know. No pressure to go out and explore Tbilisi. Just glorious time for video games, movies, sleep, and working on my novel.

    WWE SuperThread II *Spoilers*

Wrestlemania is going to be my favourite house show of the year!

Super Thread LXXV: Remembering forgotten memories

Australians are proving that they can't be trusted to do the right thing by themselves. The government should be enforcing a shutdown, not gently suggesting it.

    Warhammer/Warhammer 40'000

I have my fair share of white metal and old school metal, but man are the new plastic kits something to behold. I'm really keen to see what happens with this new (old) Old World project. I do like elements of Age of Sigmar, but I was always more drawn to the grittiness of the original Warhammer...

    Warhammer/Warhammer 40'000

It has come to my attention that there's quite a little community of Games Workshop plastic crack addicts on LU without any place to talk about the hobby. I've been collecting since 1996, with a decent-sized Eldar army that I've not looked at since the early 00s. I've now got around 3,000...

Time to crack out Arko's ARL blueprint

Oh, not even a little bit. Perth, Central Coast, Brisbane 2, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, and Wellington would all be leagues ahead of Wollongong. I was more thinking along the lines of if we were just looking to cull Sydney teams, they have a ready made “But we’re not a Sydney team” backup.

    League Unlimited's Favourite Movie

We don’t talk about The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.

Time to crack out Arko's ARL blueprint

If I had my say, the Dragons would never go. Too much history. Sharks can f**k off though.

Time to crack out Arko's ARL blueprint

Wollongong has a population of almost 300,000. There isn't another game in town. No reason the Dragons couldn't regularly draw solid crowds with a full-time move there.

I'd be okay with this too. Sydney is a crowded market as it is, and there's f**k all to do in the 'Gong.

After a long week of not having any work to do, I'm really excited for the weekend.

What Movies Have You Seen III

I quite like that one too. He's not really doing his elastic face stuff in that one either.

    Tyson Frizell

I just frizzed in my pants.

What Movies Have You Seen III

I also have a lot of time for Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, but he's not exactly doing his Jim Carrey schtick in that one.

What Movies Have You Seen III

Tried rewatching Yes, Man the other day. I remember really liking it at the time of release and even making the vow to become a "yes man" for the week after the film. Fun fact: Met a girlfriend of two years as a result of not being able to say no to a party invite I would normally have...

    Wine thread

I've never been much of a red wine drinker, but the Georgian semi-sweet reds are making a believer out of me. Where has this been all my life?

Eleven to go! He Who Shall Not Be Named is keen, but not sure if he's welcome back here.

Super Thread LXXV: Remembering forgotten memories

Put in an intent to claim with Centrelink today, but not expecting much help. They'll say "You're abroad" and I'll say "Yeah because the borders are closed and flights home were $1,500 per person when you made the announcement), and they'll say "You're abroad".
