    I wasn't that worried about our middles but it's a lot better now. I don't want excuses for Benji and the coaching staff. Our squad should be pushing to make the 8. I mean injuries etc can happen but geez we should improve next season.

    Exactly. I think the right outcome was achieved but only because Melbourne rort the cap. To be fair maybe Stef will become a top tier prop but he definitely didn't deserve the money we were offering him.

    I like him a lot. He was real good but we never won the comp with him here which is a shame. What a player. I grew up watching Siro who was great but Ellis had something in his game. I think we got Ellis in his prime.

    Richo in my opinion completely stuffed up the Stefano negotiations and I think that impacted our decision on retaining IP. I think IP was significantly better than Stefano and significantly cheaper. I like our squad for next year but if we had IP it'd be a better team.
