    The only problem with Brailey/Crossland is Crossland isn't exactly what I'd call an impact player. I don't think the halves are fixable next year, it's likely it will be some combination of Crossland/Cogger/Gamble/Pryce. It'd be nice to have the typical bench hooker role in 14.

    This is hard to pick. Maybe Sharks with the bounce back. I think Cowboys might struggle out of Townsville, the home crowd and atmosphere got them over the line against us.

    All the TPA chat, especially about Ponga not wanting his club-offered salary to include any TPAs, is really taking the piss out of the entire concept, isn't it? I'm not really sure why the NRL continues on with this pretence that they're not organised by the clubs.

    I give every team a decent chance in Week 2, should be some good games. Fight for the honour of likely being walloped by the top 2.

    I mostly didn't include him because of reasons said above, but maybe another off-season will get him right for first grade. He is supposedly on an above average wage and he can't crack first grade - like Hastings but not as egregious. Definitely haven't given up hope, but its also a reality he...

    Yeah no hope of Walker coming here, but I'd pay him 1M, most clubs would. Any higher would just depend on each clubs situation. You can carry a Cogger or a Gamble at 6 with a world class 7 and 1. Hooker would still be an issue most likely. Crossland is okay but his service is lacking.

    He was average honestly. Lucky he can kick the ball okay because he had nothing else. Better than Crossland and Cogger but that's not hard.
