    Sprawl south west will encompass Ipswich, but also part of Logan council. Logan is projected to double in population by 2040 with over 650k population.

    Things change. Right now NRL wants licence fee. Titans were strategic to counter AFL back in the day. One thing you can say is south Brisbane will hit ground running like dolphins.

    If NRL thinks team is strategically important than it's possible, but that's long term. Tigers rebranding & covering south is possible but unlikely. Singo is best bet (if that's still on).

    Lol. So Logan & Ipswich aren't in Brisbane?! I guess Penrith & Parramatta aren't in Sydney either. Springfield sits right near the border of Logan & Ipswich and will be the centre of massive population growth. That's why jets, tigers & even AFL have targeted this area. I'll repeat again...

    South Brisbane is bigger & growing almost twice as fast. Sunshine coast will get preseason games for dolphins & storm.
