    Will it? The ground isn’t getting any update, just the surroundings. Has potential, but needs a whole lotta spend. I think the spend would be worth it. The NRL need Cronulla to cement itself into that huge precinct and growingly affluent Sutherland peninsula much like a Geelong in AFL.

    I don’t think SL or the RFL have two pennies to rub together do they? I doubt there is anything more they can do than dream. It’s not like they’ve shown any ability to capitalise on anything over the last 25/30 years anyway.

    I don’t think anything you have said here is accurate or of relevance. Comparing Perth grassroots against one of the largest and best RL grassroots areas in the country is strange. Further still, CS Sharks area is potentially still the largest junior sports participation region in the country...
