    Rumoured Targets 3

I don't think playing in the centres is "wasting his career" at all. Playing in an NRL side, a successful one, is the goal for any player, especially an unproven one like Pryce. Sure he may end up in the halves at some stage but he's gotta prove to be a consistent 1st grader before anything...

Pryce could 100% play in the centres or on the wing. We are losing Young so a slot on the right has opened up for that to happen

To be fair, Jones seems to be transitioning to the middle where our depth is a bit shallow Keeley is behind a fair few backrowers at Newie and with Dolphins aging pack would be a better chance there I really dont see it as a big loss as unfortunate as it is to lose a local prospect

    2023 Knights Injuries and Suspensions

He'll be there but likely in the rehab group for the first month I'd guess He had another plate put into his ankle to fix a fracture near the existing plate

Match Discussion: Finals Week 2 vs Warriors @ Go Media Stadium, Penrose / Aotearoa

We arent comparable to the Storm really We have plenty of POD in our prop rotation with Thompson being more mobile and Croker having the silky ball skills etc. We generally dont play both Safs on the field at the same time so having a like for like rotation is more of an advantage. Last year...

Creating the Next Gen of Supporters

Try getting them to some lower grade games first. NSWCup seem to play a fair few games away from MJS when the NRL side isnt in town. When my kids were 2-3yo I took them to Qld Cup games to get them interested and the bonus was it didnt break the bank. They could get out and kick the footy at...

Sounds like a certain winger we traded our back up hooker for this year....

I'd be playing Brailey at 14 at the start of 2024 purely because he's played 2/10ths of FA footy the last 12 months and will need to be eased back in. Whether Phoenix deserves a starting spot over him doesn't come into it imo

Match Discussion: Finals Week 1 vs Canberra @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

Line speed, especially from our middles, has been a problem all year.

Emotional high from winning in ET at home. Opposition halfback with a calf injury. No pressure away from home. Beat the Wahs last time we met Warriors by 12

Watched the highlights of the Riders v Knights game today as i was away all weekend Jeez our wingers need some work with their contact in defence. Great comeback though

Strongest line up we can field. 9 wins on the trot. Opposition down on troops and form. Home ground advantage Raiders by 10

    Tyson Gamble

I've watched Tyson since his early days at Redcliffe and always saw a quality footballer in him. I think he was a victim of being in 2 struggling clubs (Brisbane, Wests) early in his career and wasnt really given much of a chance to thrive in a good environment From all ive read and listened...

Like Phil has pointed out, NZ doesnt have a lot of depth at hooker and Phoenix has been receiving a lot of praise lately and not just from the Knights fanbase. Its not at all out of the question that he gets a squad position with them Its certainly a quick rise though. He was maligned around...

Real shame Ethan Furguson is moving on next year. That kid has all the attributes of a great modern winger

He's actually eligible for NZ as he was born there. I think he's a more likely shot to get a Kiwi jersey

Really? Aside from the occasional silly penalty I thought Jack had been good the last few months. He's hitting the line hard and getting quick play the balls. Think he offers a hell of a lot more than Jones

This might be a bit nuts but could we consider KPP as a winger next year to replace Dom? He is very similar physically to Dom and the times I've watched him this year for Wigan his defence has been fairly average. Could be a good way to ease him into the NRL although he'd need some work much...
