    I just came across a youtube clip "StGI long range tries 2023". Sadly, it features only three tries (!) but in two of them the long distance speed is provided by Rava and Suli who normally do not get any credit for having a good top speed. Just interesting to note.

    For Ilias? At Souths, he was on $500k with the contract finishing end 2025. South have tipped in for 2025. Don't know how much, but I should think that 2026 would not pay Ilias more than we will pay in 2025 unless he is on incentives. So at least he is cheapish.

    No, no side efffects. I started with a small dose of melatonin - 10 mg - and now take 40mg melatonin. I could probably take less. The pregnenolone I started with half a capsule but now take the entire cap, 100 mg. Note that I am not on any kinds of prescription meds, so there is nothing there...
