Match Discussion: Round 13 vs Canterbury @ McDonald Jones Stadium, New Lambton / Awabakal

Mapapalangi not exactly making the most of his last shot at a contract either. Has been hopeless in most facets tonight.

I don't thin kwe're playing that badly all things considered. There's still a lot of intent there. Errors killing us and just the same old lack of attacking finesse. The Dogs are defending well, and that's a real struggle for us with zero creativity or threat from our halves.

Completely lost the plot when we took the 2, as is tradition.

It's crazy how much of a dribbler he is for such a well spoken ex-player.

Miserable kick from Jacko. God imagine having a good kicking game in the team.

Not really playing as well as the other options. I'm sure keeping him away from Mahoney made the decision much easier, though.

I'm anxious that we'll come out half-assed after a break.

Said everyone last year before he came back and stormed us into the finals and the Dally M award. People have incredibly short memories. Him getting injured this year just woke the rest of them up.

Fitting in Ponga and Armstrong when everyone's available

If he can't play wing then there's not going to be a spot at the club for him moving forward. Not a first string spot, anyway. We're talking about moving arguably one of the greatest assets in Rugby League to accommodate a kid that's debuted at 23 through sheer luck and made a fist of a few...

The plot "went up in smoke" for him a long time ago. Cooked.

I dunno if it's controversial or not but I feel like the NSW hooker stocks have been super grim since Cook went off the boil.
