    Raiders showing us what was needed tonight. Earn the right, get into good positions, and THEN the opportunities to score will come. We played like someone said before the game we had to win it 18+. We never did any of the hard work.

    Kicking game another big difference. We haven't even tried to put pressure on their back three or earn repeat sets. All we do is hand the ball over. They actually try to get a result, and they get them.

    Is it still an ambush when it's so predictable? This is a really disappointing performance. Raiders are playing effective round one football and we are not.

    And once again just plain dumb from Marzhew. Get into the field of play, just do it, don't worry about anything else. We deserve to lose unfortunately.

    You really shake your head and situations like that last play. Big break, defensive line set and rested. And we go through the hands side to side without ever straightening up, and die with the ball. A repeat set there would have been huge.

    Old school Knights idiocy is back tonight. We're losing it the only way we were ever going to lose it. But the trial form did point to this I suppose. Errors and poor discipline galore on both sides of the ball.

    Interesting that Crossland switched to lock forward with Cogger playing to dummy half. I guess partly not having a third middle forward on the bench without Croker.

    Seriously if we just complete our sets we will create enough opportunities to win. We're constantly overplaying it, pushing passes that aren't there, going for big plays for no reason. Momentum, field position, and we have the class to crack them on the edges quite easily. It's a simple game...

    We're so obviously superior to them in genuine attacking threat and options. All we need to do is contain those offloads and hold onto the ball.

    We got caught up in a grind that we could never win, while trailing by 12 points. The result was inevitable. Now we will start playing some football, but it's all too little too late.

    We simply have to start turning kicks into contests of some kind. We're getting into an arm wrestle and losing it. We have to mix up our play, it's too predictable.

    Outstanding from Clune, very classy football there. Also can we please start turning more kick chases into a contest? Even the dodgy kicks can be gold, just don't turn it over without a contest every single time.
