    It's usually round 2 when I call the season over for the Tigers. It does have that feel though. I get the feeling I will be tuning in each week to see how Galvin goes. I would be happy if the broadcast stayed wide vision just so I could watch him constantly positioning himself in the best...

    So good to not be writing off the Tigers after their first game. Is it just me or are we playing with more determination than last year . I thought our new halves combo looked better than any time last year. I'm liking Bud too.

    Seems like a super decent guy. If I heard correctly there were other teams interested in him but he chose the Tigers because he was looking at where he could make the most difference and if he went for a more successful team he would just be floating around in his comfort zone and he didn't want...

    Faataape certainly looks like he could be good for us. Don't know what will happen if he has a blinder because under his current contract he can't play first grade until round 11. Still, I would love it if he goes well.

    Interesting. I have seen pics of Naden training over there but no mention in the team list. I guess Benji is giving Faataape and Casey a go now because both are unlikely to see much first grade this season.

    I'm hoping for a PNG team for a number of reasons but the main one at the moment is that we keep Shane Richardson a while longer without him taking off to look after another Brisbane team.

    At the end of the last two seasons I couldn't see how we could turn morale around and have the players think anything other than here we go again. Same old same old. Congratulations to everyone at the club who has contributed to it feeling like a fresh start. Yeah Nutz, it's a new beginning...
