    There was nothing wrong with it but as expansion of the comp was undertaken external of Sydney the new clubs could not implement 3 grades to comply. So that meant that competent reserve graders all of a sudden had better opportunities elsewhere.

    Their issues are far more coach / club related than roster. Their recruitment of players is far better than their recruitment of coaching staff.
