    Jason Demetriou would have been fantastic for the Dragons. If only management had the foresight to give him the top job after his miracle turnaround with the Cutters. He has a knack of getting average /good players to peak at the right time.

    Alfred Smalley (Manly) absolutely clobbers Verrills in the head with a high shot 3 minutes into the game Only a penalty. Clearly should have been 10 in the bin. Either the ref is blind or he is under instructions to keep it close. Joke!
