    It is nice to turn the telly on Grand final morning and not having AFL recaps shoved down your throat. If the AFL is meant to be the last Saturday in September then the same weekend situation should be far less than it has been the last few years.

    Brisbane Brumbies gets a mention in Jack Galloway’s book ‘Brisbane Broncos: The Team To Beat’ as one of the proposed names before they settled on Broncos, but there was concern that it could be abbreviated to Brissie Brums
