    I like your suggestion SGmax. My only concern would be the makeup of the "agreed panel" for valuations. We have seen how other mechanisms created by the NRL like the MRC and the bunker can't seem to make simple unbiased, fair and consistent decisions.

    To be fair he has been our best all year and I wouldn't go so far as say he was useless. Last week's game is a result of playing SOO and then backing up which seems to be catching up with him. Some rest in the next few round is what he needs.

    I agree most teams are going better than us but They are a chance to go top 4, we will be lucky to stay at 11, so I know which situation I'd like to be in. I'd say they are travelling ok under JD. I also agree with your last paragraph in that we need a massive change starting from the top down.

    I agree. I think the recent sackings are to give the impression that things are changing when in fact the grand plan is for Hook to hold the fort untill Young Deano comes back. Only flaw I can see is if Deano is smart and has aspirations of a long and successful coaching career he would be wise...
