    Don't know only ever heard him called Mayo. He was a beast of a winger. Looks like it may well have been Steve Mayoh. He was a big guy back then so may well have moved into the forwards. The time frame suits too.

    I used to play for Como-Jannali and when we played Penshurst there was a big winger we knew as 'Mayo'. He scored a lot of tries. I wonder whatever became of him?!

    Sullivan had a few good moments in the second half. Put a long kick in that gave him a favourable bounce and he followed his own kick and regathered. Max Feagai played Okay. Ford was probably the best I thought. Kerr hot and cold. Muhleisen made a few errors.

    Eye gouging is definitely the grubbiest act on a football field and Wakeham's action was clearly pre-meditated as he points his finger then sticks it in Sloan's eye. He rakes his hand and then smiles about it when standing with the ref. A 4 week penalty for that is disgusting!

    Now for Tim Mannah to replace Blocker. Can't stand the Blocker commentary complete with errors and his 'in gold area' instead of 'in goal area' comments! How they persist with him, I don't know.

    Mark Shulman Dead at Age 70

    Shocked and saddened to hear the news. He was tough like Toovey and played way above his weight. I too was at both the Grand Final and GF replay. Thanks for the memories Mark. Gone but not forgotten!
