    2021 R6 Fri - Melbourne 20-4 Sydney @ AAMI

I have a feeling he never heard the 6 again which is what it looked like and hence the ref deemed they didn’t get an advantage. Fair and they should treat all 6 agains the same for things that would’ve been a clear penalty last year

I’m all for it but still trying to work out why Brandon Smith then stayed on the field for the exact same tackle on Tedesco in the second half

Surely On Report should be 18th man able as well, it doesn’t help the team they playing and just the one next week if they get suspended, meanwhile still taking a player out of the game. Just like Charnze last night

    2020 Origin III - QLD 20-14 NSW @ Suncorp

I still can’t get over a challenge being successful but the wrong decision standing :/ And how Kafusi isn’t just sent to the sin bin at the end of every game. How he didn’t get sent for his last tackle is beyond a joke. I get that nsw lost but those decisions with the Munster smashing Clearys...

    2020 Origin III - QLD 20-14 NSW @ Suncorp

I think it was a penalty try but can also live with it not being one but how Kafusi isn’t binned is beyond a joke. And what’s the point of being able to challenge to get the correct decision but then a scrum not being allowed to happen with 10 seconds left? wasn’t the whole point in the...

Bite or No Bite - that is the question

im not saying it justifies it I’m just saying in the era of HIA’s looking after the welfare of players and avoiding the negative impacts of concussion long term. We are blowing up on whether someone closed their mouth on a tacklers forearm but everyone is just blasé about the forearm being...

SECTION 15 PLAYER’S MISCONDUCT 1. A player is guilty of misconduct if (b) when effecting or attempting to effect a tackle makes contact with the head or neck of an opponent intentionally, recklessly or carelessly. https://www.nrl.com/siteassets/operations/documentation/arl-rules-book-2019.pdf

Bite or No Bite - that is the question

Yes. It’s above the shoulders on the head. It’s a high tackle. There really shouldn’t be a grey area. At the moment a high tackle seems to be only if the player does a Blake Ferguson and stays down.
