    Rumoured Targets 3

It’s abit of a coup, Tyrone has played for the Maori All Blacks and the All Blacks A team so he’s no scrub. What’s good is it probably means we’ll be able get o lock down Leo long term

    Around the Grounds

Watching him help lead the haka and then his impact coming off the bench, you can tell his confidence has gone to another level.

    The future of woman's RL

The kicking still leaves a lot to be desired but you watch a player like Tamika Upton and her timing and instincts are as good as anyone in the men’s game.

    Around the Grounds

Even amongst the elite players Tamika still looks a class above

    Rumoured Targets 3

Definitely not a backrower size or game style, he’d be a good 14 but will have to see what happens with Brailey and Crossland. He’s listed at 183cm and 92kg which is smaller than both Gamble and Hastings.

    Rumoured Targets 3

I forgot about Cartwright but you’re spot on with Lucas. Keeley looks like he’ll develop into a solid backrower perhaps similar to in calibre to someone like Teig Wilton but Lucas has the potential to be a real attacking threat

    Rumoured Targets 3

Disappointing, he may or may not amount to anything in the long run but we’ve invested abit of time into him. Not sure why the Dolphins though given they’ve got Kaufusi, Bromwich and Lemuelu all signed up till end of 2025

    Ponga Appreciation Thread.

They left out the 3 best fullbacks available in Ponga, Walsh and Edwards, can’t have anyone in the squad putting pressure on Teddy….. Best very unlucky, Staggs is an absolute liability in defence, he makes Best look like Matty Cooper defensively

    NRLW

Unfortunately as much as the players have risen to a high level in NRLW the officiating hasn’t followed suit. I appreciate the NRL are trying hard to develop Sharpe due to them wanting to have more diversity and gender inclusion in the ref ranks but sometimes you just can’t flog a dead horse

    Rumoured Targets 3

    Tracey would be a great 14 but we don’t need a 14

    NRLW

She still struggles with the game management side which is expected given her age, Dibb was the perfect halves partner for her as Dibb is quite a dominant playmaker, Roache is predominantly a 2nd receiver which makes Jesse’s job abit tougher but luckily Tamika has developed so much in her ball...

    NRLW

Kayla Romaniuk, she’s a very good offloader in particular late offloads as she’s shown. There’s nowhere near as many offloads in the women’s game as the girls typically have smaller hands and aren’t able to grip the ball in one hand like a lot of the men do but she’s one that seems to be able to...

Horrific non call from sharpe there, the titans player literally stopped and gave herself up

    NRLW

She doesn’t mind blowing the whistle does Belinda Sharpe

    NRLW

Poor start to the 2nd half

    NRLW

Titans right on top here, they’ve been perfect so far, no errors, no penalties, only missed 3 tackles to 17

    2023 Dally M Awards

How do we know the refs don’t either? Let’s face it Cam Smith would’ve won 10 straight Dally Ms if the refs were voting. They introduced a 2 judge system this year to try to get a more even system but as long as there’s human’s involved there will always be some sort of built in bias. Getting...

    Dally M’s

Ponga narrowly lost to RTS in 2018 and there was nowhere near as much (if any) whinging.

    2023 Dally M Awards

When exactly did this happen? The polled the majority of his points on that 10 win run where he played 9 of those games, of those 9 games he was clearly MOTM in 8 of those with the only exception being round 24 against the bulldogs where he polled only 2 points that round.

    2023 Dally M Awards

I would imagine Crossland and Gamble would’ve polled 1 or 2 points here and there but they certainly weren’t anywhere near as influential as Ponga, of the 9 wins in a row Ponga was part of there was only one game from memory where Ponga wasn’t man of the match. To put things into perspective on...
