    Hodgson explained his MO as that the club has an option at a certain value and the player has one at a lower value. If the player activates he gets the lower value contract. If the club activates then the player receives the higher value contract. Makes perfect sense to me.

    All sounds pretty reasonable. Interesting times I've rated Moretti from when we first signed him. Could see from his junior highlights that he was a footballer.     When you play 20mins off the bench tackle efficiency is less meaningful. Hands is probably on 200k with a higher ceiling. Id hold out for a better quality hooker. Hopefully Mozer.

    That's just BS. The Knights tapped Brailey on the shoulder months ago as Peter O'Sullivan is trying to clear out all the players on the roster that don't represent value. He played well at Cronulla but that was a long time ago and they chose his brother over him.
