    G Williams is a good half. Looked dangerous for England when the game was still competitive, in all the ways he did when he played NRL for Raiders. Lively running game, strong enough to offload & hit in a tackle. Decent passing range (Welsby has a really nice vision, another level again)...

    I think they'll just cut teams up on the edges/off an early spread often enough that all the middle has to do is more or less absorb the opposition as much as they can. It's what guys like Martin, Carrigan & Jrbo are there for. We'll get enough yards/breaks from those backs that our forwards...

    I don't think either team/set of fans is really confident on this one. Raiders have the slight wood on Melbourne in Melbourne compared to anyone else. But we are scarred by 2020 when we got coached, run & executed right off the park in the opening 20.
