    Just drive past the Sharks home ground and then back up to Carlton and compare the leagues clubs. One is progressive and the other is living in the past. We're a basket case on and off the field.

    Cast your minds back a few months when Ryles pulled out at the last minute. We all had a meltdown but things worked out better (IMO) with Flanno coming in. This could be a similar situation, right? Nah, who am I kidding. We're a basket case and no topline players want to come here :(

    I agree. He talks the talk but (so far) I haven't seen any of that translating into signings. And the argument that we're at least in there trying means nothing if we end up with no signings. I know the media are asking the questions but there's no need to say anything until you get the signature.

    Flanno should ask Hunt to retire from rep footy and concentrate on club footy for the last 2 years of his contract. He's not getting younger and time for Benny to put the club first. Sorry, who am I kidding. I think Dragons are about 5th-6th on his list of priorities. Playing for QLD is at #1.
