    All of this rubbish could've been avoided IF we just paid Hook out in October and appointed Des or Flanagan to take over from Nov 1. But of course our tight arse owner/split board didn't want to spend any $$ to pay Hook out.

    This burning an interchange before the kick off and our last play from Hunt sums up why we are so mediocre and struggling since Bennett left in 2011. How hard is it to get the team list right??? And how hard would it be to get the last play right? Even a bomb would've been a better option??

    I've said it before and I'll say it again - throw everything at Bellamy. C'mon Gordon time to fork out some $$$$. We would instantly become a top 8 team next year and vying for a premiership in 2025. It's not that hard.

    It'll never happen but the Gordons should be making Bellamy an offer he couldn't refuse. He's the best coach available and will guarantee we are vying for a premiership with 2-3 years. I know I'm dreaming but I wish we had an owner that demanded success.

    I often wonder what our club would like like today if they had sold to Paul Smith instead of the Gordens (WIN). Somehow I don't think we'd be in the mess we are in today but alot closer to that "super club" they promised 25 years ago.
