    Manly 3 2 1s

3 - Ted 2 - Rads 1 - May Agree with the sentiment here. Not our best performance but far from a disaster. Manly will be a handful this year, especially at Brookvale. Short turnaround my biggest worry this week, but JWH and Cheese didn't play big minutes and I'm glad to see Gus back in the 17...

    The Game 2024 Membership

Roosters 18,681. Think someone earlier said 25,000? Not sure where that came from? https://www.roosters.com.au/membership/

    Broncos 3 2 1s

3 - Radley 2 - Ted 1 - Manu Thought Radley really set the tone that was needed to match the Broncos physically. Ted was outstanding but Radley my best. Manu just pips Sualli'i due the latter's one lapse on Walsh for their first try but both were outstanding. May another who was tremendous...

    The Game 2024 Membership

They offer all registered players the chance to buy a reduced membership which is fair enough. Not sure how many take it up.

    General Roosters chatter

Yeah his son plays there so that'd be his side.

    Who have you met ??

Yeah I actually knew him way before I met Shannon but haven't seen him for years now. And yep, always a top bloke.

    Who have you met ??

Too many to name, but most memorable: Big Artie at the old Easts Rules club at Bondi Junction. I was completely star struck. Tricky Trindall - one of the nicest, most charasmatic blokes you could meet until the demon drink took hold...oh boy wasn't that a night. Luke Davico - At a bux...

    General Roosters chatter

Gus also spent time playing for Bondi United when he was boarding in Sydney at his private school. Unfortunately Billy Smith, despite being Bronte through and through, played very limited junior league (he was a union player) in the Souffs juniors comp.

    General Roosters chatter

Shame about Corey Allen. Reckon he did a great job for us when needed this year. Would've been good to keep him as a depth player.

    Roosters name & logo

The 2007/08 emblem is the best I have seen. It's perfect and I always wished that they'd adopt it permanently. As for the name, they're still Easts to me and always will be. No one calls them Sydney and at the end of the day, I'm not sure it really matters anymore...I've definitely softened on...

    SF storm 3 2 1s

Unbelievably I'm still yet to see the game. It was my daughter's birthday so we were out for dinner. I kept track of the score and shortly before we were home we were down 12 - 6 and as I walked in, turned the tv on I saw Walker pot his field goal. I couldn't believe we were leading. I was...

    EF Sharks 3 2 1s

Yeah as I've always said, it's not the penalties we concede, but rather those we don't receive and it's obviously now applying to set re-starts.

    EF Sharks 3 2 1s

Yeah what a performance. Not great from a footy perspective but far out what a gutsy win...reminds me a little bit of the semi v Manly in '13 when we won 4 - 0. Radley was absolutely immense. His best game since the '21 semi v the Titans I reckon...just looking alot more controlled with his...

    Souths 3 2 1s

That would have to be one of the most satisfying regular season wins in my almost 45 years as an active supporter of the club. Haven't stopped buzzing all weekend, 3 - Keary 2 - May 1 - Walker Very hard to give points as so many deserved them. I thought Keary was exceptional as was Sam...their...

Hahah love it. I had Suaalii and Keary so wasn't far off.

    Wests 3 2 1s

Bit late this week sorry. I was at the game but had been on the beers since midday, so thought I better watch a replay before giving points and I only got around to that today. 3 - Suaalii 2 - Keary 1 - Radley Thought Cheese looked good and Radley is slowly starting to look like himself again...

    Parra 3 2 1s

Yeah saw that earlier - he must be very confident in Walker and who am I to second guess? Hope he has it right and Walker can add further x factor to the attack. Glad Allan has been named centre though.

    Parra 3 2 1s

3 - Collins 2 - Ted 1 - Suaali Agree with minimising any disruptions to the backline just leave Hutch there and bring in Allen for mine. Hopefully Ted back and normal service resumes. I feel like we'll take care of souffs, but they just need to focus on this week first or they'll get bitten and...

    Manly 3 2 1s

Sorry fellas, a bit late this week. Solid performance from the boys and as I said to my old man, they've been playing with good intent for a few weeks now and that's all I ever really want. We'll beat alot of sides with that but sadly not a hope against the elite teams. Billy Smith -...
