    Easts Amateur Juniors who played NRL.

    Not sure exactly, but I concede not alot. He's from Young and yes did play alot of Rugger for an Eastern Suburbs private school. As you can see from the attached though, he spent some time playing the Great Game for Bondi United.

    Yep he was incredible through the finals and I can think of no more deserving player to hold the record than him, as much as I love Mini and Ricko.

    Yeah that opening week finals game where we beat Manly 4-0 was epic. I am biased but I honestly can't recall a better defensive performance, especially when you consider the quality of that Manly side. To beat them 4 times that season is ridiculous.

    Best worst call by commentator

    Years ago, a player who I can't recall was injured, writhing around grabbing at his knee. He's taken off and a few minutes later Rabs asks Blocker for an update - "Yeah Rabs he's hurt his shoulder". Stunned silence.

    I was at the game and could hardly see an empty seat. 82k sounded right to me. Hats off to Rooster fans too, there in huge numbers and I know a lot traveled from far and wide to get there. Atmosphere was sensational.

    Grand Final team

    Keary to 7, Momorovski to 6 is the smokey, but I think it'll be O'Sullivan as it'll have the least disruption to our game and the way we play. Regardless, I think we'll win this. Babyface, why aren't you going to the game? Need all the support we can get out there mate.

    I bought 5 in the Roosters ticketed section last night. PAX was 62,624. My god they are expensive. Ring hasn't stop puckering since.

    Gripping contest and the old ticker earned its keep that's for sure. Points tough this week, but here goes: 3 - Manu 2 - Aubs 1 - SST Rest were all outstanding in their defensive effort. Yes we can improve, but if we defend like that again we can win.

    3 - Tedesco. Tremendous work rate and dangerous every time he had the ball.. 2 - JWH. Immense 1 - Cronk. Great control and the icing on the cake was the set leading up to the FG. Superb management. Thought our bench was great and Lattrell made some massive defensive plays (3 overall by my count).

    Just bought 8 tickets in Rooster GA and PAX was 15,225. Doesn’t sound great. Sharks reserved was sold out and Roosters limited availability. Hopefully a surge in sales tomorrow but I doubt it. Rain scheduled too which won’t help.

    I was at the game, but after being on the piss from 1pm, I can hardly remember any of it. I won't be watching the replay so no points from me this week.
