    Burns, my view is that the club just isn't professional enough, we value being from Newcastle as more important than competence. We want a team stacked with juniors, irrespective of talent. Gids and Mullo have played 400 plus games, can't control or close out games, but are never questioned...

    No we weren't, we were just lucky, not good and up against crap sides with no luck. I once again am truly staggered that Stone is incapable of seeing how crap most of our most experienced players are.

    Got that but they have zero expectations. We've had success and it's now a distant memory, it took Souths 42 years to win their next comp, we are further away now than we've ever been. Where is the rebuilding phase everyone talks about.

    I wonder if there is issues around the big money thrown at Sione et al. He hasn't exactly justified being one of our best paid players and that might be chaffing some.
