    Round 14 Vs Raiders

Will give us a good idea of whether Gus or Griffin is in control of the team as if at least three back up then it was most likely Griffin's call. Regardless I really hope Maloney or Cleary plays otherwise I think we lack experience/direction in our spine.

    Round 14 Vs Raiders

Wow. Surely. I read he was a certainty. It is an absolute must that Maloney backs up for mine now. Wallace was the experience holding our spine together so we need Maloney there now. https://www.penrithpanthers.com.au/news/2018/06/05/injury-update-peter-wallace/

    Round 14 Vs Raiders

Just went through to see how often Maloney has backed up after Origin 2017 Game 1 into Bye Game 2 into Sunday vs Manly - Backed Up Game 3 into Saturday vs Titans - Rested 2016 Game 1 into Monday vs Bulldogs - Backed Up Game 2 into Saturday vs Warriors - Backed Up Game 3 into Monday vs Roosters...

    Round 14 Vs Raiders

Lays out the expected line-up if our four Origin players don't back up. Nothing about Waqa Blake which suggests a return next week is more likely. https://www.penrithpanthers.com.au/news/2018/06/05/panthers-prepare-to-play-without-origin-stars/

    The next 7 games...

I reckon we should take down the Raiders even with our Origin guys missing. The majority of our pack will still be there, we may just struggle for points with a makeshift halves pairing of likely May and Wallace. Roosters have now won two straight and should beat Newcastle pretty easily next...

    Round 12 vs the Dragons

Interested to hear people's thoughts on whether the upcoming bye is good or bad timing. With our injuries and the fact we had to really get up for that game I think it may be very good timing but at the same time we are on a roll and it may have been nice to go at it again next week. Although I...

    2018 R12 Sat - Panthers 28-2 Dragons @ Panthers

Important we win this to silence the doubters. The absolute key is winning the battle up front. Not sure if we can but our big men have been going well lately. Also need to be better at taking our chances in attack against a defensively strong Dragons. Either team by 4 or less.

    Round 11 V the Tigers

Have to agree with everyone on here - DWZ, Tamou and Peachey the standouts for mine. Cleary had a very good game back from injury. Kikau also was very threatening and made strong metres.

    Round 11 V the Tigers

Mahe Fonua has been axed to the Intrust Super Premiership after showing up to training late last Sunday.

Cleary is advertised in the game-day guide and Griffin also confirmed he would be playing in the Press Conference after the game. https://www.penrithpanthers.com.au/news/2018/05/14/gameday-guide-round-11/

    The next 7 games...

Yeah I am just doubtful they would play given we are playing 6pm Friday night.

    The next 7 games...

Raiders game I think is without our SOO players. If Cleary and Maloney are both selected I doubt we win that one.

    Round 10 Vs Newcastle

He looks like had a good step and more than anything brought much-needed energy to the team after we had done a lot of defending. He was surprisingly strong in defence. Didn't get much of a chance to show what he had in attack, sort of reminded me of Peachey r.e. just stepping around looking for...

    Round 10 Vs Newcastle

Tom Eisenhuth or Liam Martin could also come in. Eisenhuth played lock for the NSW Cup side on the weekend.

    Injury update

Yeo was struggling in the final 20 minutes with a rib injury but he isn't sure whether it is anything serious or not.

    2018 R10 Sat DH - Sea Eagles 38-24 Broncos @ Suncorp

Nearly backed Manly today and I think they will give next week a red hot crack. Sea Eagles to win.

    2018 R10 Thu - Wests Tigers 20-12 Cowboys @ Leichhardt

Cowboys look to have turned the corner but they followed up their win over the Titans with a poor loss to Canberra. I'm backing the Tigers to bounce back here.
