who is leagues most hated player

How can people hate Trent Barrett? I don't exactly like him, but the guy is like a card board cut out! He has NO personality FFS! he'd boring, but hardly worth hating.

who is leagues most hated player

Where's Teyy Hill, Jonathan Thurstan and Justin Hodges?

    A hypothetical scenario re: mergers

That should definately be the Bulldogs IMO... there are plenty of good doggies fans out there, but moving them to an area like that might offload some of their more violent and embarrassing suporters... maybe they'll start watching the A-League instead.

    Ticker tape parade for League?

Why should the rest of us have been incovienced by a transplanted "SOUTH MELBOURNE SWANS" team prancing through the heart of Sydney and pretending anyone in Sydney would give a sh!t about them if they were losing? The swans will always be a victorian team playing in Sydney, no matter what the...

    Worst finals series in years?

What about the Roosters in 2000 or the EELS in 01?

Did anyone other than cowboys or tigers supporters care?

I was going all out for the Tigers. Not only bacause of the NSW v Qld aspect, but because I bloody hate Jonathan Thursdan! That bloke is one of the dumbest people in the game!

Grand final provides TV ratings boom

Valid point. I've got foxtel purely for the coverage of League and Union... I'd imagine many AFL fans would be in a similar boat.

Wooden Spoon is looking like it is heading to Campbelltown

This is pretty funny. You do realise that the moment you posted this the Tigers were gonna humiliate you?

Can The Tigers Win The World Club Challenge

Of course they CAN win it... it just depends on how seriously Tim Sheens takes it! Think back to 2003 when Ricky Stuart took it almost as seriously as the NRL finals series, and he organised several warm up games and heaps of training... The Roosters pumped St Helens 38-0!

    World Club Challenge ?

May I reiterate my earlier point? The thing about the NRL is that unlike the Super League the bottom half of the table are still pretty good! Even McCrae said that when he came back that in the ESL you can play 60-70% of your potential and still easily win half the games in the season...

So Rooster How Do You Feel?

Really? But didn't we knock them out in the semi's the following year? Oooooh! There goes that theory!

Our team next year looks pretty weak...

Thats a pretty good team if you ask me! What is it weak compared to?

    World Club Challenge ?

It depends on how seriously the Tigers or Cowboys take it... The Roosters are the only team in recent history to have treated the WCC as if it were on similar grounds to the NRL GF. Ricky Stuart organised weeks of preparation and several warm up games before going to England in 2003 and does...

Cowboys dont deserve to be premiers!!

I don't think you can say they don't deserve to be there purely on consistancy... both the Tigers and cowboys lost 10 of their 24 matches this year and therefore whoever wins will rank up there as being one of the least consistant premiers in league history. But that doesn't mean they're not...

So Rooster How Do You Feel?

How many Grand Finals have Brisbane made in the last 5 years? No, wait, how many finals have they won in the last 5 years? Thats right, f#ck all! It's a lovely tradition you've got going at the moment, look solid throughout the year, even to the point of premiership favouratism, and then get...

So Rooster How Do You Feel?

last time I checked he outplayed your sad excuse for a 5/8th all over the park! and only a couple weeks later so did Barret! Yet you qlder were carrying on about lockyer being the best ever only a couple months before origin! No one is more deserving of the over rated tag than Lockyer  .

    Parra's greatest choke!!!

2005 has to be it doesn't it? I mean, they had their worst completion rate in 3 years against the Cowboys and basically played stuffed up every play! I don't know if any other game could possibly represent the meaning of the word "choke" better...

So Rooster How Do You Feel?

Finch is actually a good half back... it's just he's not a leader and isn't capable of running the show himself. He needs a solid 5/8th to do that so he can play second fiddle and relax a bit... The difference in his standard while Freddy was there and now make that pretty obvious. Maybe when...

So Rooster How Do You Feel?

No, that would mean we picked up Lockyer.

So Rooster How Do You Feel?
