    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Just because the AFL has no culture and play in a half full artificially lit dome at 1 o'clock in the afternoon

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Don't you dare accuse me of being an AFL troll...I'm literally the biggest league fan you could ever find, the game is everything to me. I hate the AFL with a passion. That's why I get embarrassed when "we" ("we" used referring to the community that is rugby league @hineyrulz) get made to look...

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Eels crowd is very average I fear we may not beat the Swans across two games. One on one they have the whole market. Two on one that's sad.

looked equidistant on a map of club areas that I found but could be wrong.

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

I was referring more in hope to the Swans and Lions than the current reality of the Bears and Jets but okay... Collingwood-Sydney drew 71k in Melbourne the other weekend, and at least 20k were Sydney fans, majority old South Melbourne. Same thing 42k for Melbourne-Sydney. Realistically no club...

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Exactly! I was looking at a map the other night and realised the success of the AFLol comes from the fact that every team is a first-ring suburb bar Essendon. That's why when Collingwood v Carlton v Richmond v Essendon v Hawthorn games always get big numbers, they market the inner-city...

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Money and semi-pro players playing in cashed up local sides is killing bush footy. Regular scores of 60-0 are not good for the game

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Yes. As a massive bush footy fan I agree, it will take the money out of local First Grade/A Grade and put these players in an actual semi-pro comp instead of making uneven local ones. Put a side in Wagga, one in Bathurst, one in Coffs Harbour and one on the Central Coast.

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

After last night (and the Roosters game and last year's Cronulla final) Accor is so underwhelming. I hope we can come to some sort of agreement and play at Allianz full time. Wests' allocation of Commbank games should be moved to Allianz too. Then Wests play 5 at Campbelltown, 3 at...

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

All the Melb AFL suburbs are in the first ring of suburbs bar Essendon. What works is they have better PT for outer suburbanites

Talking to Souths fans there yesterday most prefer Accor tbh. Some even say they won't go to Allianz

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Was just looking at some old attendance figures, and I came across a time long long ago, in a galaxy far far away, when RL was under threat in Brisbane. Between 1995 and 1996 with all the negative press coverage the Broncos lost 12,000 fans off their average. The club had also moved from Lang...

    Round 9 v Bulldogs

Just crossed into your thread Dragons fans to ask if the game is sold out or if ticketmaster is malfunctioning? Edit: just ticketmaster malfunctioning, all games on there are out for some reason. Was curious as I went to the Dragons-Dolphins game and that was a good crowd (16,000)

    The Game 2023 Crowd Watch

Hate me, bag me out, idc In context of weather, FTA availability, price and performance The Tigers crowd was actually better than the Dolphins. Not that the Phins crowd was bad, just that I expected 25k+ for them and less than 8k for the Tigers
