    So just to clarify, the players should have checked the list before they agreed to the injection. Having checked the list and found the product was not prohibited they are still at fault for taking it. Makes sense. No. Wait.... my head hurts..

    Craig Hamilton on ABC radio a few hours ago stated sontrary to newspaper reports there has been no agreement made. Apparently the proposal put forward by HSG did not meet all the requirements of the Memebers and was in fact rejected. I hate all this stuff.

    Crazy! It should be treated like any other tackle. Graded and suspended accordingly. It is no worse than a swinging arm, a propped elbow and lifting to a dangerous position. So many variables in the game to suggest contact to the head with a shoulder can get you a 12 week, one year or life...

    I was paid within seven days without fail under the old system. I can't comment on other contractors or suppliers though I can say we never ran out of anything.

    That is true but not the extent of Tinkler Companies. I have worked with every Mining Contractor and mine in the Valley and while they do stretch the limits they have never ended in court unless there was some kind of dispute. Rio Tinto and the like would never find themselves on credit hold...
