Firstly I'm not defending the board.Had the NRL approached parramatta in a private meeting with the breach notice and advised them you have 28 days to reply,if then we didn't have the answers to the breach we should have played the season for no points, but no the NRL wanted to glorify themselves...

    Eels Salary Cap MK IV

So is it fair to say we are guilty as sin regarding the original breaches!! If we reply to these breaches and find faults in the original findings,we have let go of a very very good hooker for what the off chance of playing finals!! If we only won one of our next 3 or 4 games then that chance is...

If this is the case that even gives me more reason to believe the NRL expected us to roll over and except the entire breach notice.

I apologise in advance if this question has been answered..until the NRL hand down there FINAL verdict do we still have our 12 points??

    Eels Salary Cap MK III

Please correct me if I'm wrong..so 37 out of a 64 page report handed down by the NRL in regards to breaches were given by an ex employee of the club that the current bad 5 sacked..

This is why we need the nrl to show the evidence,we believe as of a month ago we were $200k under and the nrl said before rd1 we were under, show us the evidence that made this all drastically change.Reality is we still may be in the wrong but the nrl did not expect us to fight..

    #12/15

I do agree with everything you say above, lets say we become cap compliant what prevents the NRL saying the 12 point punishment is not only for 2016 but all previous breaches?
