    Napa sin bin

I think getting him with his head saved him from being sent off. It was going to be a shoulder to the head otherwise, which should have been a send off.

    Penalty Blitz

It is as per the rules. If people don't like it, then rewrite the rules. (I thought it was horrible last night, but then its 100% controllable by the players and coaches).

    Use the bin refs!

I was thinking last night, in a game with 30 + penalties we really should have seen about 6 sin binnings. When they get to a sequence of penalties quickly in succession the refs should be binning a player every penalty after about the 3rd. I'd also have thought that send offs for repeated...

Langlands charged with child sex offences

Alternatively, the victim may simply not have followed Langlands' life closely enough to have any knowledge of his medical condition.

    Grand Final Entertainment

NRL should have one-upped the AFL, and got Midnight Oil in to play Mr Brightside.

    2017 Judiciary & Match Review

And that was a grade 3 dangerous throw? WTF would a grade 5 be?

    2017 R20 Sat - Raiders 14-20 Storm @ GIO

Haha! I was wondering about that myself the other day. Diabolical I'd say.

Is that the most one-sided refereeing performance you've seen this year?

Bingo! You have the reason the refs refused to see it. They would have had to send him off - and that's too hard.

Another LOL@Refs for SOO game 3

ok, who would you have that's any better? Where are these mythical better referees?

    How many weeks for Thaiday?

Agree with all of this. That tackle should have been a send off regardless of whether Gallen was injured or not. It is the potential for injury that the game needs to eliminate and the punishment should reflect that, not just a reaction to the damage done.

    Shire ref belted

I'd be disqualifying all Gymea grades for the rest of the season.

    How many weeks for Brown?

Most complete loss of the plot I've seen in RL.

    The Bunker

Ref guessed try. Bunker counter-guessed no try.

I have a novel idea. Refs just enforce rules in black and white terms and not try to "manage" the game. Make the players play within the rules. If it takes a few 50-40 penalty counts before they learn, tough shit!

    Worst co-commentator

Second this. Cannot see what Fox sees in the way of talent in Anasta.

Leading by 52 and taking a field goal

Get your hand off it! There was no time left in the game, they were in good field position, why not practice field goals?

    Send off dead?

Not really, I'm sure they all turned a blind eye to it to avoid the horror of having a team 2 players short.

    '16 | R5 | Mon | CBY 8-22 CAN | Belmore

You know the refs wouldn't have wanted to see a punch, and pretended it didn't happen, because having to have 2 Bulldogs in the bin at the same time was absolutely in the too hard basket.

    Send off dead?

Break something on the player you trip.

    Send off dead?

They won't even enforce simple rules like stay onside and don't slow down the ruck for fear of the penalty count getting too high. Would really help to have a month of refs blowing the pea out of their whistles and penalising absolutely everything to get the players and coaches actually...
