    If the game gets 60k plus it is going to rekindle my thinking that Parra should move its big games to stadium australia when they are a good team AND the money spent on Parra stadium should have been spent on stadium Australia instead.

    I wonder if the NRL could buy a piece of stadium australia. Like I mean one end. Go halves with the government in redoing the end so it is awesome (similar to the Parra Stadium ends) and so on. The ends are the worst part. Then rebuild the rest over the years in parts.

    I would say the AFL would be easily the most influential, powerful organisation in Victoria. They run the bits they want to run. They dont run the education system for example but they would be able to do whatever they want to inside that system.

    Yeah, AFL did that deliberately out at Olympic stadium and they are proud as piss of themselves for it. The NRL needs to be malicious with AFL and totally screw with their dream of having a 60k Brisbane oval stadium via the olympics.

    Did people know that Parra stadium has the steepest rake in the world? I knew it was steep but not the steepest. I figured it set a new standard and they would all be like that. But Moore park and Optus (both built after) look crap in terms of rake. Weird.
