The Worst Place On Earth You've Been To

That's probably right man, and you needed to walk about 10 mins to get to the nearest train station and catch 2 different train to get up into the alps right? I'll never forget that place.

The Worst Place On Earth You've Been To

I know what you mean mate, absolutely beautiful country - it's expensive true, that's the only downside. I went there when I was 25 and loved it. We stayed at the bottom of a valley in the Jungfrau region, and the grass was as green you get. The thing is even though it was Summer, there was...

The Worst Place On Earth You've Been To

Tell me about it. No necessarily for bad places, but people go to Bali and Thailand and say it's the best thing ever. GO TO EUROPE. Those places won't even hold a candle to places like Barcelona, Switzerland and Berlin.

    Current favourite player

Over the years many great centres have shifted to five-eighth, and in some cases the shift has made them among the best five-eighths in the competition. Brad Fittler and Laurie Daley come to mind. The last time that Burton played for us in centre, we lost, and we've won most of our games with...

It's common knowledge he wanted an early release to play five-eighth and link-up with Phil Gould again - and this was before Penrith won the 2001 GF. Penrith made Luai their priority (obviously, given he was always their give-eighth).

Panthers didn't want Burton until he became relevant (ie, Luai getting injured), and always played him out of position. They didn't respect him, that's why he asked for a release. As for the others... this happens whenever a team is very successful... other teams start to poach their players...

Crichton for mine. Burton however is also very good. Also this place has been a ghost town for years, they might as well close this forum down.

Clarification of "stopped" rule from 1998

Ok so we agree on that. What made this call even more bizzare was that Sterlo ruled the ball had stopped before we even saw the replay. Also, once the replay was shown, the commentators didn't seem to dispute the call.

Clarification of "stopped" rule from 1998

Hi guys, This is about an old NRL rule that I didn't really understand. So Paul Carige puts his hand on the ball with one foot on the dead-ball line deeming the ball dead. Paul Carige then assumes that a 20m tap will take place. What I don't understand is that Bill Harrigan ruled the ball...

    WWE SuperThread II *Spoilers*

Night 1 Rhea Ripley (c) defeated Becky Lynch by pinfall. I actually thought that Becky was going to win, so it was good to see Rhea win and consolidate her place as possibly the best women's athlete in the game today. It would be awesome to see her feud and go up against Jade Cargill sometime...

The Worst Place On Earth You've Been To

Mauthausen Concentration Camp without doubt. While historic, it's actually depressing walking through there and seeing what those people went through. So cruel and unnecessary.

I've been to both and I hate them both. Stinking hot and no way of cooling down. 38 degrees every day. Rome was ok though.

    The Future Endeavors Have Begun

You'd think so, but this sly bastard is so cunning that he probably has a plan in place to get around it. Plus he's rich and in America. Rich people in America can simply pay for something to be swept under the rug.
