    Team lists are finalised. JDB starting lock. Eisenhuth righ edge. Probably RFM comes onto right edge after 30 and Eisenhuth moves to middle. Souths bench looks weak defensively. We should dominate the 15 minutes either side of halftime.

    Fifita has been well below par for NSW Cup both this year and last. Whoever hyped him up would be a bit embarassed. It's a different case with Egan. He is just a kid, and he is doing a decent job in NSW Cup. There aren't many 19-year-olds who can hold down a spot in the forwards in NSW Cup.

    Souths defended very strongly in the middle at the start of the game. They couldn't sustain it, and fell off in the 2nd half. That made it easier to run with purpose. Especially in the last 20 minutes.

    The other thing is that Melbourne and Penrith have been better than Easts for the last 5 years despite not signing big name players, and losing big name players to Easts. Development is way more important than recruitment.
