The commentators made note of that.FFS I give up, Tim Sheens is really fuming now.
I'll be the first to admit I'm a Dragons supporter, but Cummins tonight is a freaking joke. This is one of the worst officiated games I've seen in a while. Cummins has been ridiculous on the markers tonight.
No less consistent than the opinions of people on this forum. Last week it was whinge whinge whinge about the Wests Tigers no-try, now they get the same situation and give it a try, and it's whinge whinge whinge!Uh... try?
Gotta love the consistency of BOD.
Who said all the people who are complaining now complained last week?No less consistent than the opinions of people on this forum. Last week it was whinge whinge whinge about the Wests Tigers no-try, now they get the same situation and give it a try, and it's whinge whinge whinge!
Mate I am not naming names. I am just saying that no matter what the referees decide there is anger directed towards them and whinging from the fans. I am absolutely sick to death of the constant criticism of referees - it has become a bad habit for too many.Who said all the people who are complaining now complained last week?
You have a point but the **** they serve deserves complaining.Mate I am not naming names. I can see where the video ref is coming from that there is no conclusive shot that shows separation therefore you could say benefit of the doubt but come on we all know it wasn't a try.
The thing is if we managed to ease up on the 50/50's the culture of complaining would decline and it would give refs the opportunity to relax a little more and ultimately do a better job.You have a point but the **** they serve deserves complaining.
I actually agree with your thoughts re Robert Finch. Refereeing and the rulebook as a whole have declined terribly since his appointment. Not sure how he's kept his job for so long. I feel the next referee boss will have to undo a lot of the bad work he's done.I blame Robert Finch. Obviously doesn't know the rules, completely fails at teaching consistency, and refuses to acknowledge all the **** ups that occur every single game. Why can't we get Bill Harrigan coaching the refs? People say that Andrew Johns, arguably the greatest player of all time, would be a great coach - why not have arguably the greatest ref of all time coaching the refs?
I blame Robert Finch.
