You seem to have a problem (which I thought we identified last week) figuring out what is forum copping and what is just a poster getting sick of you posting the same incessant dribble every week. Storm turned it on in the second half...Inglis was the difference but the first half was horrible. Too many missed tackles and not enough urgency...a win is a win.

But anyway while it wasn't the best win it was still pretty convincing in the end and with 9 players backing up more than satisfactory. Now origin is out of the way the focus will be on the more important stuff and the boys will get better and better each week and will be peaking come finals time.

With how close the top few teams are atm it'll be an absolute cracker of a finals series and i can't wait.

I "always say this" because it's a tired format. That first 50mins was one of the worst refereeing displays I've seen this year. Cummins is not a first grade referee. I turned it off after that crap

Scott Logan being penalised for not getting up to play the ball is a JOKE, the Storm player had his arm all over him as he tried to get up and play it, and then he falls over, whether he milked it or not the Storm player should not have had his hand on the player.

Slater puts the chip over the top, and Smith is standing in front of him, and chases the ball through to inside 10m

Now, should that be a penalty as it has been all season, or at some point can Slater run Smith back onside ?

Sika Manu had another strong game today...a good player who will become a star in the next few seasons.

Inglis and Smith were brilliant today...when the game was on the line they stepped it up and killed Raiders big time.

I'm fairly certain that Slater puts Smith onside.

Cummins is just a sh*t ref IMO. He was poor today to both teams. We got a couple of calls go our way, but his control of the 10 is very ordinary, as is his decision making on blatant calls. Why go to the video for the Monaghan knock on?
As for the Raiders penalty when playing the ball, the Raiders bloke, Logan? was just stupid. He got up holding the defender trying to get a penalty. Just stupid play!
Canberra were ok today though. Really looked to offload the ball at every opportunity, which was most... gave us plenty to work on as a defensive unit IMO

Cooper Cronk is easily the best defensive half-back in the game. In the Joey Johns class when it comes to a half-back who wont be run over the top of.
