They seemed to go pretty well to have the score at 12-10 until the 75th minute. As usual, the superstar pairing of Gasnier and Cooper got in amongst the tries in a crucial match :sarcasm:
with decent props mate - we could have been leading comfortably by then.

with such novices in the job, we did well to get that close.

remember how the tigers were traveling without their 4 leading front rowers this season?

Is Ryles going to be back next week? I'm pretty sure Creagh and Poore are gone until round 25

i know it sucks hutty, but dude - we don't have props.

you just can't win without your props & relying on virtual novices.

Tigers dont have any props either. No Gibbs or Peyton. Sure, they are not Webcke and Lazarus, but even with them they are considered as one of the small packs.

how much first-grade experience did the tigers' props have compared to saffy & hunt?

a small prop with experience is better than a large one without.

We had Galloway, Payten (both started, Payten in the back row), and Laurie and O'Hara on the bench, we really didn't field that small a pack.

Dragons were never going to win with our 3 best forwards out (probably our 3 best players this season) - Ryles, Poore and Creagh. It amazed me to see the Dragons start as favourites.

Perhaps making the 8 isn't that important.

We had absolutely nothing in attack. Could read it a mile away. Never had a chance with Hornby & Soward throwing the ball to the ground every set play.

The Dragons gave away far too many penalties tonight. Looked pretty flat in attack too.

Apart from the time we flogged you 50-0

"own us"... such bullsh*t

We have your number in recent years, since the 50 nil, we beat you 2/2 times this year, 1/1 last year, 1/2 in 06 and 2/3 in 05 (the 2nd and 3rd meetings we won). In fact in the last 7 games between the 2 clubs we have won 6 of them.

And to me thats called having the wood over Saints. I do like your strategy though "give it to Le Gaz and let him shimmy shimmy woosh and do something"

So many injuries for us from the last few weeks, despite that I think our defence will be too strong and frustrate the Tigers.

Dragons to fire up and make amends for the victory that got away on Saturday night.
Our backline still looks pretty good and our backrow.

Dragons by 14 or 18 points.

Idiot.

If in Sydney I reckon Tigers would get us.

But in Wollongong it's a much bigger advantage for us...when was the last time they played us down there?

You're all in fine form, even Dean Ritchie picked the Tigers for once.

But don't worry, Rebecca Wilson, Fifi Box, Jennifer Hawkins and Amanda Keller all thought the Dragons would win too.
