ABC commentators said that the storm had clocked off at 20-0 and were just in "end-game" mode, was this true?

The game certainly lost some intensity for most of the 2nd half. So yeah, thats sort of true but also the rain got a fair bit heavier which didn't help with ball control so as a result the tempo of the game dropped.

Just watching Bellamy's conference.. you could tell he wasn't happy with our second half performance.

From here till the end of the season the Storm shouldn't have an "end-game" mode... every point is vital so we have to be looking to score as many trys as we can for the full 80 minutes with no let up regardless of how the scoreboard reads.

I'd say that would be the message from Bellamy after the game... Of course he'd also pat them on the back for our first half.

Storm toyed with the opposition in the second half, Inglis went to f/b, Slater went to dummy half, not sure where Smith went...5/8 maybe...Bellamy using the second half as an experimental/game mode training run basically

Although that was greatly dissapointing and we lacked intensity... yet again, I still think we will have a good crack at making the GF when we are at full strength, keeping in mind we had 6 players missing through injury or suspension last night including our captin. Could you imagine the Storm without Cam Smith? It would be a completely different team to a team with him at full strength.

Good game Storm you were far too good for us, hopefuly we meet you in the finals at full strength for both teams.

Storm played well last night...executed all attacking options and effectively won this game off a superior tactical game...

The Roosters did have the likes of Fitzgibbon, Myles and Kenny-Dowall missing but they were never in this game.

Mason went MIA and needs a reality check...dropping him for a game should be considered.

Pearce played okay as did the Aubusson bros but at the end of the day; the Storm looked too fast and had a brilliant passing game that killed them off.

Great game Storm...

James Aubusson played better then the entire roosters team and he only played for the first 15mins. Mitch Aubusson was our second best.

Roosters need a halfback what can attack and not rely on kicks all the time

plz elaborate, clearly you did not watch the ggame and thus cannot comment on his performance

he slotted in at hooker on Friday night, not halfback

what do you want him to do to be an 'attacking halfback' ? score 3 trys? ..oh woops he's already done that

Agree...also; what is Mason's problem. Stood out in the centres and did sweet FA.

Aubusson is a gutsy little bugger and will be a greta player in years to come....James that is !!.
