I watch every game every week, and i only see the storm getting away with ridiculous looking forward passes, its like the ref think to themselves 'it couldnt of been forward its melbourne storm, they are too good for that'. pffft.

It's almost like the ref expecting Orford to make a sh*t option on the last tackle,

"Ok, he's about to kick, get ready to signal 20m tap"

Most teams are guillty of it more then us due to the fact we dont throw the ball around all that much. Souths had quite a few suspect passes themselves last night when they were going wide

I experienced what it was like to be a souths fan tonight, gee what a pathetically sh*t team. It was so hard to cheer on such geniusation.

On a side note: Do refs ignore all storms forward passes for any reason in particular???????

did you notice I said that it was an accident what happened to johnson? it was an important word because it was an isolated incident which could be considered unlucky for the storm and johnson and his teammates, the same as masons injury. souths didn't do something scummy which resulted in the injury. The storm have a history of this kind of crap, not all resulted in injuries but there are a hell of a lot of incidents and the cayless example was the worst demonstration of what they are being coached to do. I'm not syaing they go out to injure people per se, but what do they think is going to happen bending people over backwards, twisting their limbs around in tackles, smashing their arms on players (rare, but I saw it last night).

No, it wouldn't be alright for you to knee cap me for what my workmate did, and Souths didn't purposefully injury johnson, and the eels didn't get back at the storm when they played again. It was an accident because no other team is invovled in the controversy like the storm, which, once again brings me back to karmas a b*tch.

And just so people stop getting mixed up karma doesn't mean the exact person you hurt hurts you back, it means you do something bad and something bad happens to you in return.

Its called a one off. No team goes through the season unbeaten or winless, so these results are bound to happen. Souths are pathetically sh*t because they can play one great game and follow it with trash for 7 games. Manly are not sh*t because they can have 1 trash game and follow it with 7 good games.

Myabe if souths could string together a few of those performances that they had against manly and the second half against the roosters instead of isolated games/halves then the biggest impact they have on the finals wouldn't have to be whether they can not be so sh*t as to concede X amount of points to determine 1st and 2nd on differential.

And lol at your logic, souths beat manly=souths are less sh*t. Here's another one kinghts beat storm=knights>storm. How about bulldogs beat the broncos=bulldogs are better than brisbane.

Since the game became NATIONALISED you guys have been in the finals twice in twenty years. More spoons in the modern era then any other team, and since your inception back Rugby league has been going down hill.

what I say on a forum, no matter how distasteful you find it, has no effect on that. thats the same as saying that because (you think) I am a dickhead then it is karma that billy slater got fullback of the year over gidley or stewart or hunt.

let me qualify what I said before. storm are the best team in the comp, proven again by winning MP. If manly make the GF I am certain they will play the storm. Johnson is a starting footballer in that side, and if he is out then it only benefits manly. That was my the reason behind the comment. I dont particuiarly want to see him injured, I would just like him to be conveniently out of the side, and a "serious one" would do that as opposed to a non-serious one.

People got pissed off and I made a comment about karma (which I think alot of people don't understand), relating to the storms quasi-illegal tactics which resulted in a major injury for cayless, and I made an off the cuff remark that it would be fair enough if they lose a player as a sort of square-up for said tactics.

Get over it.
