No skeepe in here whinging incessantly about the ref's calls last night?

Probably because they almost cost the Bulldogs victory.

Or could it be that I haven't logged on since Thursday you f**king wanker.

On the game, the Bulldogs can stop their whinging about the video referee costing them two points against the Dragons, because that same pathetic institution has gifted them the two points here. Bryson Goodwin scoring off a knock-on, followed by an absolutely ridiculous obstruction call where nobody was impeded (for the 3rd f**king week in a row) and the try would have been scored anyway, and the video ref has won the 2 points for the Bulldogs.

Same thing happened in Canberra with a bullsh*t decision to disallow a Raiders try, and a bullsh*t decision to allow the Bulldogs a try despite the player nearest to the ball, a Raider, being pushed in the back and taken out by the eventual try scorer.

Congratulations Bulldogs, particularly your man of the match Russell Smith.

And a congratulations to the Raiders for pushing this team despite having to battle yet again against incompetent officaldom. Josh Dugan, Daniel Vidot, Dane Tilse, Scott Logan, Terry Campese and Bronson Harrison were super impressive last night, just a shame Robert Finch and his merry band of f**ktards ineptness cost us once more. Yet another reason why this oxygen thief is ruining our game and must resign or be sacked immediately.

Oh and a big thank you to the brain-dead, moronic Bulldogs supporter who decided throwing a full bottle as hard as possible at a group of Raiders supporters who were doing nothing more than trying to enjoy the game was a smart thing to do. His fine example reminded us all that the Bulldogs fans are regarded as the absolute worst in the competition for very good reason.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

You are a gem, mate. I love it. You know your team is going absolutely sh*t house when moronic fans have to make up bogus situations as reasoning for their losses. LMAO @ the imaginary knock-ons and pushes in the back you speak of. And now 1 supporter throwing a bottle optimises all! hahaha!

You are the reason I come on this forum, skeepe. Forget Dave Schapell, I'd pay to see you.

Where exactly did Bryson score off a knock-on? As for the obstruction call, he barged INTO HIS OWN PLAYER. One look was enough for everyone in the ground to know it was a clear cut NO TRY. For someone heavily involved in refereeing you sure have NFI.

Finch's alleged ineptness has nothing to do with your team's inability to win the big matches. Campese's goalkicking lost it for you last night.

 Nice work levelling an accusation at 'Dogs fan despite no reports. How about having the balls to report the person and have them dealt with instead of putting in the memory bank to use as points on a forum? And kudos too for using the actions of one person as ammo against the entire fan base.

I'll continue to  and thank your team for the four points this season.

Enjoy the defeat, and another next Saturday.

The part where he clearly bounced the ball and the green lights came up. Do try to keep up.

If nobody is impeded, how is it an obstruction? Common sense dictates it should have been given.

Finch's alleged ineptness has nothing to do with your team's inability to win the big matches. Campese's goalkicking lost it for you last night.

That played a part, however if the video refereeing was not so blatantly wrong, the conversions would have been taken out of the equation.

So now there has to be a media report for something to have happened? Given that I was sitting in the area at the time, that's good enough for me. And how exactly do you report someone when it comes from behind you? Oh and using it as points on the forum? No, just reporting what sort of scum is associated with the Bulldogs. I realise it's not the entire fan base, but you know when it happens every game...

I'll continue to  and thank your team for the four points this season.

You can thank Russell Smith. Man of the match for you guys.

Enjoy the defeat, and another next Saturday.

The Dragons haven't won in Canberra since 2000, that will not change this season. Enjoy falling out of the finals at the first opportunity (and yes I'm aware that that's further than my team will be going this year).

I guess you have to stay positive... face facts, next Saturday night the Raiders are going to get their arses handed to them on a silver platter by the best team in the competition. Enjoy the memories of lapping a tanking donkeys side.

Skeepe, Goodwin grounded it just as much, if not more, then Campese did for his try. If you watched the NRL at all this year you would realise that under the new rules the players don't have to have full control of the ball, they only have to have downward pressure. Goodwin's try was as much of a try as any other scored this year.

And also, it's great of you to conveniently disregard a horrible forward pass that led to Vidot's try in the corner, isn't it?

I had no issue with the Goodwin case, I dont think it deserved a try, but you knew the second it happened exactly what was going to happen so it wasn't worth expecting anything different.

My issue actually came from the Kimmorley field goal just before half time. THe ball gets thrown out, he knocks it on, everyone sort of stops and waits for the whistle yet nothing comes and so he figures..'ah well, might as well slot a field goal'. That one point had a MASSIVE impact on the match in the end.

 Ok Skeepe. This obstruction call you speak of, would it be the one where player (name escapes me) dived over from dummy half? If it was, he deadset practically dived over between the bloke who was playing the balls' legs...

It's a very similar situation to the one the Titans had awarded against them when they played us up here. If the player dives to the side of the bloke playing the ball, I don't think the Dogs' players make the tackle, but he didn't, so he obstructed the defence. End of story.

Oh and Goodwin grounded the ball for your life, he couldn't have possibly done any more.

An even bigger thank you to the twit Canberra supporters who were beyond excessively drunk screaming out "Mediterranean Descendant" remarks, standing up and screaming whilst spilling scotch and coke all over the head of kids sitting in front of them, etc etc

Thanks. Oh thanks for the 2 points also. :)

Just watched it again. Clearly went backwards.

I'd like to watch it again, but from memory it was one of those balls that hit the deck that technically could be seen as going backwards but are ALWAYS called a knock-on, even the players knew it.

What do you make of the clear forward pass thrown to Vidot for the Raiders final try?

Also, I've watched the match again and I didn't see any knock on. It clearly went back. Commentators didn't say anything on the replay, either. The obstruction play by the Raiders was also as clear as day. He dove into his ass. I believe the quote from the commentators was "He's going in for an inspection" or something like that, as he dove into his ass.

Never thought Raiders fans were bad, they've always appeared to be pretty quiet

There was no bounce. He still had 2-3 fingers on it when the ball was FORCED into the ground. Everyone at the game saw it, you clearly either didn't or you just want to stir sh*t because you hate losing and of course, being wrong.
If nobody is impeded, how is it an obstruction? Common sense dictates it should have been given.
Nobody impeded? Using your own player to barge over and score is outside the rules. Obstruction 101. Read the rules, learn them, then comment. The ONE replay required to decide that should've given you a clue how straightforward that rule is. You are WRONG Razor... I mean, skeepe.

The refereeing wasn't blatantly wrong, you are.

So because you were supposedly adversely affected by something you have carte blanche to smear all Bulldogs fans? Do you not understand how unfair that is to the 13,200 people who did NOTHING wrong? :?

As I said, grow some balls and report the troublemaker in future instead of peddling your argument on here as if I and supporters of my club are somehow responsible for that sort of crap.

You can thank Russell Smith. Man of the match for you guys.
 You never cease to entertain

Just like the Bulldogs weren't going to win on Saturday? And how Canberra were not going to lose again?

Oh, that's right, it's the referees fault
