will be a close game. Hope Eels win but won't slit my wrists if we lose. Dragons are the best in the comp and should be favorites.

No way the eels will win this game, absolutely no way. We have no chance, if Parramatta win i'll do a nudie run through Oxford st, that's how confident i know we wont win.

You're kidding right?

The 'form team' of the competition vs. the 'out of form' team of the competition.

I think Saints will do well to lose by 1-12.

Close for the first half, Saints to stroll home in the 2nd. Always hate playing sides after they're touched up, especially by a fairly average team. I'm expecting the Dragons to be on fire come Friday.

Saints by 14+

Can't see a fourpeat for Saints. I also think Parra might go into this feeling they're the favourites and collapse.

I'm not so sure Timmah - I do think Parra will collapse. I just don't think it'll be this week though, they still have that 'we have to make the finals' mentality.

Give it a week when the job of making the finals has been complete, and the 'we did it' mentality starts seeping in. And then BOOYAH - potentially against you guys.

their is no chance Parramatta will win, Saints will rebound and beat us thanks to a week of reflection time.

Hey what? so let me get this straight, you don't support either side? stick to your Newy threads - offcourse i'm going to assume you're a Saints fan when you were one of the first pricks to post in this thread.

I also notice you live at Newcastle, not Jesmond way by any chance?

At sucking yes.
Have you seen the last 3 weeks ?

Saints 3 losses. Points for 20, against 77

If you cannot beat the rabble playing in red and white this week, honestly give up on 2009.

Purely on current form, Parra will win. I think it might end up close but I think Parra may still have the mental edge. Either a close game or Parra will blow out the score line.

I'm just keen to see what happens if Dragons find their confidence, and work out how to score points again.

Another potentially great Friday night game, based on form I think Parra by 12, they are playing as a team all over the park
